Fausto Marasco, Executive Director
Fausto co-founded Premier Technologies in 1986 and, more than twenty-five years on, the company enjoys a solid customer base in the banking and finance, superannuation, utilities, telecommunication, health and government sectors. Premier Technologies partners with these organisations to deliver successful multichannel customer interaction solutions that provide value to both the customer and the end user.
Fausto's professional interests include strategic business planning, and the commercialisation of new innovative technologies. In 2002, Fausto was nominated for Ernst & Young's prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award, where his ability to recognise business potential, commitment and vision secured him a place in Australia's Southern Region semi-finals.
He is a highly regarded keynote speaker in the contact centre industry. He is a progressive thought leader in all areas of customer interaction management, hosted technology, analytics, personalisation, e-enablement and VoIP. Fausto has spoken at numerous industry conferences and been invited to address delegates at various trade events, including the Australian Teleservices Association (ATA) and Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) conferences.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
Lorenzo Marasco, Executive Director
Lorenzo co-founded Premier Technologies in 1986. He is a firm believer that companies must be able to effectively define the market need of the future in order to deliver an effective business strategy. Because of this belief, he is constantly on the lookout for new business opportunities to ensure the success of the company.
Lorenzo’s team identifies and evaluates new product opportunities and converts these opportunities into profitable business lines. These opportunities are rigorously filtered and evaluated to continuously deliver on innovation and leadership in the contact centre market place.
He is heavily involved with the sales and marketing divisions to ensure that the company’s adopted technologies are transformed into the business solutions the market seeks.
