Premier Grows its Hosted Contact Centre Solution Team
Premier Technologies, leading provider of hosted contact centre solutions (Premier Contact Point), has appointed Silvio Marusic to its expanding sales team.

Based in Melbourne, Silvio takes on the role of Business Development Manager. He has been involved with the industry since the early 1990s, having commenced his career as a developer for one of the market’s first ACDs (Automatic Call Distributors). Silvio has been the Asia Pacific Delivery Manager, Telecommunications Systems, for Ericsson, and as Business Development Manager for Ascend Communications and Lucent Technologies. Most recently he was Senior Sales Consultant with Alcatel-Lucent.

He is confident that his experience and expertise will contribute to Premier’s ongoing success.
