Existing infrastructure is all that is required for Premier Contact Point to deliver a complete call centre solution for outbound, inbound or blended environments without large upfront payments, in-house hardware or software installations. No special additional infrastructure or services are usually needed to benefit from the Premier Contact Point platform.
Our customers also take advantage of the high-bandwidth telephony connectivity at the Premier Contact Point hosting site, eliminating the need for large scale telecommunications deployments at the customer premises required for predictive dialler activities.
Options for VoIP deployments are also standard extensions to the robust Premier Contact Point architecture and platform. The following diagram provides a high-level overview of the complete architecture of a fully-developed solution, including local head office and remote office agents as well as home agents, all transparently supported within a single tenancy.
